2022 Scholarship Banquet

 June 11, 2022 our 10 year Remembrance  Banquet was held at Staybridge Suites in Tallahassee.  Two recipients were honored for their hard work by presenting them with a $500.00 scholarship to Continue their education.  Jada Williams and Madison Mc Nealy both students will be attending FAMU in the fall. This years event was beyond amazing. Our guest speaker was Gail Stewart from the Leon County Health Department, We also had a presentation by Patricia Walker Gadsden County Health Department, Jada Lindsay one of our previous recipients shared how the scholarship she received was a great help to her.  Two special guests was in attendance Vincent PreK teacher and his 1st grade teacher  Mrs. Jamila Gilyard and Ms. Katherine Chitty

2023 Scholarship Banquet

 Banquet was held on June 10, 2023 at the Elks Lodge 276 Magnolia Dr. Tallahassee , Florida. The recipient of this years $500.00 dollar scholarship is DeMarria Williams
​Valedictorian FAMU DRS High School, she will be attending Xavier University of Louisiana. Our guest speaker was Warren Garrison M. A.S.S. Performance and Quality Manager, Department of Health also a former employee with Department of Juvenile Justice for 15 years. This years event was beyond amazing, The 2019  recipient
 Mariah Porter talked about how the scholarship helped her . Patricia Walker Gadsden County Health Dept. gave a great presentation on how to eat healthy and exercise to lose weight.
Doris Strong author and member of Survivor Speaks also gave a great presentation with encouraging words for the graduate. Kabria Mullins a former classmate of Vincent attended the banquet as well it was a wonderful surprise to have her to attend. Thank you Ms. Katherine Chitty for inviting her.

Takiya Williams was the recipient for the   Notable Impressions Professional Development Agency award for her essay.
Our Guest speaker was awesome Mrs. Cythia Riley, also a big thank you to Ms. Denishia Sword Notable Impressions Professional Development Agency we would thank everyone that supported us.
